“I cannot say more amazing things about Heather! I was skeptical about hiring a full on wedding coordinator - I had most of my big things booked and knew I needed some help for day of our wedding but thought I could handle everything else. After coming to my senses and realizing I'm not taking enough time off work before my wedding to handle the chaos of the month before, I caved and reached out to some people I knew and they led me to Heather. First meeting was amazing and I booked her on the spot. She is SO on her stuff. I hired her for the 6ish week out bundle but she honestly was there to give advice from day 1 of hiring and never made me feel bad about reaching out about anything! She took over ALL communications with my vendors by about 2 months out and my vendors, mind you, were mostly friends and family, so not the easiest to get a hold of or manage, but she handled it with zero stress on me and kindness to all my my vendor friends!
Now week of and day of, I was blown away. I honestly still feel I owe her my life and a martini for how seamless she kicked off week of and day of. We had a panic of rain week of and she calmed my stresses daily as we worked up back up plans and advised on important extra purchases or not. And day of went as smooth as I've ever seen a wedding go! We did not have ANY hiccups or things out of place. She was so on top of every little detail that the entire day was flawless! Even multiple guests commented on how not even the slightest thing was out of place, which for 150 guests, is hard to pull off! I would recommend her to ANYONE getting married if you want a coordinator who thinks about every teensy detail, takes everything off your plate, and is an enjoyable human to chat with on some of our 2 hour phone calls (mostly my fault they were that long). I struggle giving up control, but I didn't have a single worry the day of my wedding with everything and everyone in Heather's hands.”
