Design & Event Management

  • Creation and development of wedding design, to include the flow and ambiance of the wedding day 

  • Vendor recommendations and access to our preferred vendor lists 

  • Complete, step-by-step design planning from the time of booking including design boards to showcase client’s vision 

  • Guidance on budget planning and management 

  • Complete access to online wedding planning software (checklists, timeline, design studio, guest list manager, layout, seating, vendor contacts, and budget). 

  • Scouting, Proposals, Booking, Design and Overall Coordination, as needed of all design related Vendors including but not limited to: Floral, Lighting and Draping, Rentals (Furniture, Linens, and Tabletop); Bridal Party Attire, Save the Dates + Invitation Suite, Wedding Signage (Welcome Sign, Bar Menu, Seating Chart, Gifts and Cards, Menu)

Client handles all vendor bookings including but not limited to Venue, Catering, Bar Services, DJ and/or Band, Photographer, Videographer, Dessert, Officiant, Childcare, Transportation and Accommodations 

Client provides feedback, make final decisions, sign contracts, and make payments  

  • Submit comprehensive rental list to rental company after an in-person design consultation to execute client’s tablescape vision  

  • Up to 3 in-person meetings including a max of 2 venue site visits with unlimited phone calls, and emails  

    Business hours Tuesday-Friday 9a-5p, schedule permitting 

  • Send reminders for important events, monthly checklists as needed and due dates throughout the planning process. 

  • Give professional advice, expertise, and support on all wedding-related matters. 

  • Detailed timeline and layout development 

  • Wedding Weekend POC from rehearsal through wedding including vendors (arrival, set up, services and cleanup), layout changes, bridal or family needs and full execution of detailed timeline.  

  • On-site wedding rehearsal management, up to 3 hours 

Includes checking in all rentals, alcohol and confirming client’s personal décor.  

  • On-site wedding ceremony and reception management (up to 12 hours). 

Includes all table settings and chair placements are consistent and perfectly presented.  

Distribute final payments and gratuity to vendors.  

Wedding day emergency kit 

  • Setup and breakdown of all wedding décor including but not limited to card box, guest book, photos, favors, signage 

Items must be boxed and labeled, excluding hanging décor. This does not include tables and chairs. Setup and breakdown of tables and chairs is required by the Venue, Rental Company, Caterer, or Alternate Vendor
